application process

the first step we encourage all future applicants to take is to review the information available here on our recruitment site, its a good first step before you submit an application.

once you feel like you have an understanding of what warbirds is all about, we encourage you to go back to the our homepage here on the site and click on the big "apply now" button and fill out your application.

once an application is submitted, our recruiting team leaps into action, you can expect your application to be reviewed the same day it is submitted. an application in this stage is being vetted for correct information, and if you are a prior applicant or not. don't worry, 99.9% of all of our applicants make it through this phase unscathed.

once your application has been reviewed, it will move to the interview phase, our recruiters will reach out to you on discord and invite you to our recruiting discord, here you will be able to complete the two steps that need to be done before your application moves on to the next phase.

step. 1: we need you to schedule a screening call with one of our recruiters, steps on doing this can be found in the discord we invited you to, during this call we will ensure you have a working microphone, allow you time to ask a recruiter directly any questions you may have about warbirds and, we will provide any additional steps to complete if you are planning to apply to one of our new recruit programs such as the "one friend matters" or the "purchase assistance program."

step. 2: we are going to schedule you for warbirds orientation, this is a one hour seminar on warbirds, it will teach you about our leadership structure, events we host, and about our community in general. it is mandatory to finish orientation before moving onto the next phase.

once you have completed the steps in the previous phase you are officially placed on probationary status, this gives you limited access to warbirds, while in this phase you must meet a few requirements in order to graduate from probationary warbird into a regular warbirds member.

requirement 1: you must schedule and participate in 3 game-based events.

requirement 2: you must schedule and participate in 1 non game-based event.
 

requirement 3: you must apply to one of the warbirds wings, our wings are an integral part of our community, and all members are required to be a part of a wing.

once all three requirements have been met, you will officially graduate from probationary warbird into junior warbird, from here you can begin working your way up through our ranks, welcome to the family.
