in warbirds, the executive leadership council acts as the ultimate authority in the guild, comprised of three leaders, the guilds executive officer and a guild member known as the master warbird.

responsible for:

- direct leadership

- long term planning

- special projects

- guild finances

- wings leadership

- social clubs leadership

- all other tasks not explicitly assigned to other components of leadership

in warbirds the general assembly is comprised of a single leader from the executive leadership council, who is assisted by the officer of the guild, joining them are all remaining officers of warbirds not explicitly assigned to other areas of leadership.

the general assembly is responsible for the following:

- voting on resolutions to update or revise the warbirds codex

- voting on new members to the executive leadership council

- managing groups of officers working on tasks such as recruitment, training, voice communications, or other such small teams
- assignment of officers to roles within warbirds

- voting on the promotion of officers in warbirds

- voting on the promotion of members to the rank of officer
- assisting the executive leadership council with strategic goals

in warbirds the arbiters assembly is lead by a single member from the warbirds executive leadership council, this member is known as the chief arbiter, they are assisted by the warbirds executive officer, joining them are seven arbiters.

the arbiters assembly is responsible for the following:

- interpretation of the warbirds codex

- enforcement of the warbirds codex

- implementation of consequences for those that violate the warbirds codex

- resolution of internal complaints made against officers and members

- investigation of all issues within warbirds not explicitly under the responsibility of another part of leadership

leadership in warbirds is designed to prevent corruption and ensure all members are represented equally.
